Procab CAT50

CAT50 cable contains four pairs of copper wire. CAT50 supports Fast Ethernet (100 Mbps), has a limited cable run of 100m and supports frequencies of 100 MHz. Although the CAT50 cable has four pairs of copper wire, Fast Ethernet communications only utilize two pairs. The new specification for CAT50 cable, supports short-run Gigabit Ethernet (1000Mbps) networking by utilizing all four wire pairs. This cable also supports requencies of 100 MHz and it is backwardcompatible with CAT5.
