Highly adjustable Shubb capos are known for their reliability, accuracy and the fact spares are readily available. The Shubb C2 Classical Guitar Capo is made for nylon-strung classical guitars that have a flat fretboard.
The patented locking design on Shubb capos combines accuracy, speed and ease of use, explaining why they’re the capo of choice for a countless number of players. The special rubber material is said to work “just like a fingertip” and not apply too much pressure to strings that can, with some capos, knock the guitar out of tune quite drastically. This version, the Shubb C2 Classical Guitar Capo is for classical nylon-strung guitars with a flat fingerboard. Other Shubb models available from Dawsons include the C1, made for most acoustic and electric models; the C3, made for 12-string guitars or other guitars with wide necks and the C4, which is made to fit some vintage electric guitars with 7.25” fretboard radii like old fender models and copies of these.
