By replacing the usually oil based treble strings with a new developed nylon material which is made from 100% plant-based products – Ortega Guitars sets the milestone for an environmentally friendly future in the guitar string production. During the production process the carbon emission is reduced by more than 50%. Ortega's small but important contribution for a cleaner and greener planet. Ortega's new developed material delivers a perfect combination of bright, warm, punchy tone and incredible projection, precise intonation, and long-lasting tuning stability for added comfort and playability.
