Akord Kvint Ltd. is a private firm producing exceptional concert and master violins, violas and cellos. The firm was founded in 1991 in Luby, a small town with a long tradition of string instrument craftsmanship going back to the middle of the seventeenth century. The owners, important specialists, managed to gather up both famous and young talented violin makers, mostly master luthiers, and to create the most qualified professional team in the Czech Republic.
